REMOVAL OF CAMPER OR CAMPERS BY MANAGEMENT IF CAMPER IS IN VIOLATION OR RULES, DISAGREEMENTS OR LACK OF PAYMENT WILL BE IMMEDIATE AND CAMPER AGREES TO MOVE OFF THE PREMISES BY SIGNING THIS RULES STATEMENT, WITHOUT CIVIL ACTION BEING TAKEN.

NO REFUNDS DUE TO WEATHER OR CHANGE IN LENGTH OF STAY.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ACCIDENTS, INJURY, DAMAGE OR THEFT OF ANY KIND ON CAMPGROUND PROPERTY.
NO USE, SELLING, OR MAKING DRUGS of any kind you will be asked to leave with no refund and authorities will be called.

THE PREMISES SHALL NOT BE USED FOR ANY UNLAWFUL PURPOSE AND NO VIOLATIONS OF THE LAW OR ORDINANCE SHALL BE COMMITTED ON OUR PROPERTY.

No fireworks.
Quiet times are from 11pm-8am. Please be considerate of others by not playing radio’s too loud or talking loudly.

Limit 1 vehicles per site.(parked on site),ROOM PERMITTING ON GRAVEL DRIVEWAY.
ANY RV OVER 15YEARS OLD MUST BE APPROVED BY MANAGEMENT.

PROPANE TANKS ARE LIMITED TO 100-POUND TANKS OR LESS.
Limit 1 camping unit per site (Tent, RV, Camper, etc.)

Limit 1-Family per site( father, mother, & 2- children) others are considered  guests and will be charged guest fee.

You must have Insurance on your camping unit. We are not responsible for damages caused by nature, theft, or vandalism.

Trash/Yard Waste must be bagged and put in dumpster. ABSOLUTELY NO TRASH BURNING IN FIRE PITS.

Parents are responsible for your child(ren‘s) actions, no child(ren) left unattended in the campground at any time. When at the POND, LAKE, Park  OR RESTROOMS you need to be with your child(ren). We are not responsible for accidents of any kind. (ADULT SUPERVISION AT ALL TIMES). Do not let your children run through other Campsites.

Fishing is allowed at the Pond During daylight hours. POND IS CATCH AND RELEASE ONLY. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. no swimming in the pond. Please do not throw debris into the pond this includes but not limited to sticks and rocks.

NO AGGRESSIVE BREED DOGS ALLOWED.
Pets are okay, no loud OR CONSTANT barking dogs, (no Rottweilers, Pit-Bulls, Doberman Pincher, or aggressive dogs). Do not leave your dogs outside unattended. PETS MUST BE ON A LEASH AT ALL TIMES. (No Electric fences allowed) Limit 2 per site unless Okayed by management. Please clean up immediately after your pet and if on a walk take a bag with you to clean up the mess.

Alcohol beverages are to be consumed at your site only (please do not walk around the park with it).

Campfires are allowed in fire pits only (available at the office). Extinguish all fires before retiring for the night.

Golf Carts (Electric only) for Seasonal campers only, with current drivers license, insurance and (must sign campground regulations forms). All carts must have lights if drove @ night.  Do not destroy or kill any wildlife (including frogs)., trees, or damage property your will be responsible to pay for any and all damage.

Speed limit is 5 MPH throughout the park.

No bicycles or golf carts after dark unless you have lights on and follow all safety precautions.

All grey/black water is to be put in the dump station. Do not drain on the ground or dump down the toilets. If Drained on Ground you will be asked to leave immediately(with no refund). NO TRANSFER OF TANKS IS PERMITTED IN ANYTHING OTHER THAN APPROVED WASTE CONTAINERS.

All sites need to remain neat and clean, please do not leave stuff lying around. Please help keep our Park clean.

Vehicle washing is not permitted. (Seasonal campers by permission only).

Camping is a outdoor experience, NO REFUNDS DUE TO WEATHER or change in time of your stay.

This is a Family Orientated Park, Drunkenness, profanity, fighting, indecent exposure, any violent or disorderly conduct, to the campground, the equipment, to any person, or to guest personal property is prohibited and you will be asked to leave without a refund and the Authorities will be called.

We have the right to refuse service to anyone and the right to assign campsites and parking of vehicles.
